A little less than a week ago, I officially and for real started my weight loss journey for the last time. I started at 240 lbs. About 6 months ago I got down to 217 then I went back up to 233. Today I am 229. By Fourth of July 2013, I will be 140 lbs or less. I am so sick and tired of being fat. I want to be skinny for my wedding one day and healthy when I get pregnant.
The method I am using to lose all this weight is the Medifast diet. If you haven't heard of this plan, it calls for 5 prepackaged meals per day and one "lean and green" meal that is made up of 5-7 ounces of protein and about 1 1/2 cups of vegetables. I have a health coach that I text and email on a continuous basis.
